Phew!

Parkrun was a scorcher! I hate being out in the sun soIt was. Real chore to head out and around.

After a restorative cold shower I headed out again for the far less taxing task of visiting my friend’s crochet stall at the Cully Festival and dropping into Fudge’s to get some wool supplies. It was still far too hot for that so I came home and hibernated for the rest of the day
