Camping at Moeraki

Yesterday was a great day. Took the kayaks down to Moeraki Bay where we sent the next few hours paddling with Hector Dolphins. They seemed to be as delighted to hang out with us as we were with them. Sadly I wasn't brave enough to take phone or camera in the kayak so no blip :( In the afternoon we made sure the kids could get out of a capsized kayak - lots of fun & squeals. I discovered I could still Eskimo roll - must be 10 years since I last tried. Like riding a bike :)
Today we have had rain, thunder & lightning. Not great camping weather. Worse, Odd has a mysterious tail ailment, it doesn't wag properly & seems sore. Hopefully he just slept on it funny...
Lots of board games, reading, and a movie on the laptop later. Fush n chips for tea.
Fingers crossed for a return of the sun tomorrow :)
