Seattle's famous Pike Place Market is always colorful because of the year round flower stalls of the Hmong women who started their business there about 15 years ago. (The first refugees from Vietnam arrived in Seattle in about 1976 to farm.) It is always a lively place down there and on a drippy grey day masks the weather!
