Fledgling.

Another day round home, so another shot of birds.  Currently the garden is alive with birds boosted of course by all the newley fledged youngsters.  The feeders are emptying almost as fast as I fill them.

A good day for my BTO garden bird survey with 21 species using the garden.  Interestingly I woke to the sound of House Martins at the nest.  Interesting because the House Sparrows ousted them a while ago.  I am assuming/hoping the Sparrows have finished with the nest and moved on.
