Dockside at South Lake Union

Today was the grand re-opening of the Seattle Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) in its new location at South Lake Union Park. Admission was free all day but reservations were required. Well worth the visit since the museum displays all sorts of artifacts and memorabilia from Seattle's storied past.

The museum is located in the beautifully restored Naval Armory on the shores of Lake Union and there were several boats moored at the docks available for tours. This boat was still lit for the holidays and I just managed to capture a few shots of it with the Space Needle in the background before the captain shut off the lights.
