Pipe Organ at Cathedral of St. John the Baptist

Today we toured historical Savannah Georgia. The Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist was beautiful. The organ is patterned after a 16th century German Organ. It has 34 ranks and 2308 pipes. The stained glass window above the organ is a gothic medallion with the patroness of music at the center. Angels playing different instruments radiate from the center. We would have loved to have heard the organ!
