Wolf whistling birds

Took Mum to the Botanical Gardens in Southport today. They have a small aviary and as we walked through one of the birds was wolf whislting which made my Mum laugh. A bit sad to see the birds in cages but at least the aviary is a reasonable size and the birds are grouped together.
It was lovely to see that the Fernery is now open again and there was a volunteer busy weeding , so I thanked him for his efforts. See Extra
