Well what a day 1st July.
My brothers birthday.
Went to Colchester Trauma clinic
I was given a choice
Either I have a hand splint or a proper plastic cast

Depending on what I might need to do at work and home.
If I had a office job splint would be fine.
So I went for the hard cast gone for a purple one this time only for 3 weeks. So I am trying out work tomorrow.
A friend of mine called in and asked if I would like to have a go at the choir in the church near me. So I went and enjoyed it very much.
Sang addicted to love.
