Unusual sunset

After a particularly dismal few days we got a spectacular glimpse of the sun in the short time it took to move between the clouds and hills.

I took this photo straight out the kitchen door. The large male Fur Seal in the foreground, Dermot, has been holding territory on the steps since I arrived. In that time he has managed to attract one female and a large group of puppies.
