Another good visit to Keith was so happy to see me and his sister he even had a few tears as he was pleased to see she had had come to see him. He is now taking sips of tea apparently the other day he was sharing some monster munch crips with another inmate so
went and got him some quavars and told him that he had got some to snack on when he was ready he was at them before we left

But just for an hour all so visit as is only 2 hours visiting each session it is not worth all the travelling so I am as well just go when people can take me
