The Biggest Screen

A big day out at the cricket in Durham with the teenager. We bought the tickets so long ago I’d almost forgotten about them.
The match was Sri Lanka v West Indies, both on the edge of the top teams in the World Cup but with all to play for. And they did. SL in first and Windies chasing them right up to the last over. We were running out of the stadium to catch our train as soon as the last ball was bowled - not wanting to miss a moment.
We had been slightly distracted by therealisation that Rihanna was watching from the far away hospitality suite. She seems to enjoy the match too.
