Time for a change
Normous has been brilliant at cooking up leftover turkey all week, with tasty bakes and pastas. But it was time for a change, so he bought a beef joint (yes, he does the shopping too - aren't I lucky!) and we had a traditional Sunday lunch. Luckily I managed to cook it to perfection this time (my cooking is a bit hit and miss) and we enjoyed roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, cabbage, roast parsnips and sweet potatoes with a bottle of red wine. I had to get my blip done quickly before a post prandial snooze set in!
