Something new

Having taken up bread making again over the last six months and having produced some lovely loaves,cobs and rolls I was given Paul Hollywood's baking book for Xmas.

This book is full of all things made with yeast and the first thing I thought I would try is crumpets. having never even thought about doing this before this will be something new for me so once I have purchased the required crumpet rings we will be giving it a bash so watch out for the results.

I do doubt however that i will be allowed to get away with having them dripping with butter!!.

P.S The Iced Fruit loaf also looks pretty good so this may also get a try.
