'Long in the Tooth'

Cassie has lived a long life. At well over twelve, when a lifespan of eight years is an average for a boxer, she is a really old lady. She spends a lot of the day asleep, following the sunny spots around the lounge but is still the first to remind me when it's time for dinner or a walk.
