Along route 35

Today we caught the (free) local bus to Ortisei,  then the funicular up to the top of the mountains. The walking routes are well signposted, so we took route 35, which took us East to view this wonderful range of mountains, le Odle Geisler Odles , along a round 10-mile walk - which dropped us down the mountain all the way back to Ortisei. The weather was very hot, and pretty hazy, so I thought a mono picture would allow me to cut through the haze better.

Totally fallen in love with the Dolomites - and it's only our second full day!
