Blackwaterfoot

I'm feeling really restless this evening, despite it being a long day. Lots of forest design deliberations. All very useful.

The higher parts of the island seemed to be clinging on to the cloud, and it was actually pretty cold where we were (for July). It was a very pleasant and sunny evening by the coast though. We shared whitebait, and both had seafood linguine, which was incredibly tasty. Then had a long walk along the sand. We saw gannets diving, and an otter being pestered by gulls. A boy of about ten on the beach hadn't realised there was an otter and came very close before realising. His face was a picture when he finally noticed - he was absolutely thrilled. The accommodation is really good - comfortable and cosy, welcoming but chilled.
