What do you see?

Taking advantage of a bit of bright weather amongst the mainly grey I took myself and my camera for a stroll to the Plantation Garden, about 10-15 mins walk from where I live. Much of the plantlife is under wraps at the moment but there was plenty of other stuff to attract my attention, which can be seen here.

I was a bit taken aback when I came across this, as the thought that immediately sprang to my mind was of someone whose head and face had been bound. I don't know if anyone else sees that.

So: the end of a difficult year is approaching. All my personal admin is up to date, cashflow for the next 3 months is done and I have 3 job applications submitted and one interview lined up for the end of January.

Rol is still having no luck at all in getting teaching or any other regular work but has had requests to do three funerals recently. Maybe that's the way forward.

Back to work on the 7th and hoping that nothing horrendous happens there.
