I've a feeling that I may be getting a big, fat bruise for Christmas tomorrow. I went base over apex at work today, one minute I was walking along & then next I was collapsed on the floor after going over on my ankle. This was taken about 6 hours after the fall & the pain has now kicked in and the swelling is starting to come out. So, it's had a good spray with Deep Heat Freeze & I've popped an ibuprofen or two so hopefully I'll be able to walk without wincing in the morning.
