Geese in the rain

What a blustery cold and wet day. The sun did shine briefly and there was quite a reasonable rainbow to blip. However we saw geese when we were out this afternoon for a short while and they are my blip choice for today.

Now to make dinner, close the curtains and stay warm and cosy. Last day of 2012 tomorrow. Do you think it might stay dry and the sun will shine? Apparently this has been the wettest year on record so there is probably no chance!
