Hideaway Bakery

The mid-point rest stop of our Wednesday group bike ride was at the Hideaway Bakery.
It's the real deal with a wood-fired oven to bake the handmade delicacies.
They were busy making croissant in mass quantities as I ordered my coffee and croissant.
