Dougal

While my husband was at the dentist, having three fillings and spending over an hour whilst this was carried out I went to the gym for a one-to-one session with Michael. I met my husband afterwards and had coffee in Waitroses's cafe. We then did a little shopping before having lunch.

Once home I caught up with some paper work. Other than that, not a lot else happening today.

When there is not much to blip, resort to Dougal, who is seen hear waiting for some unsuspecting little creature to show itself. (I think he gave up, soon  after this picture was taken is was sunning himself on the back steps).
