Best meal of Christmas !

Today we decided to have our favourite meal of Christmas - Boxing Day lunch ! Don't get me wrong, we had a delicious lunch at my sisters on Boxing
Day of a great selection of curries but in our family Boxing Day lunch is King !
Cold turkey, cold gammon joint, pigs in blankets, stuffing, cold bread sauce, bubble and squeak, salad, cranberry sauce and a multitude of pickles and relishes. Fab-u-lous !
