Gosh, I've had a busy morning : GP early who was as ever helpful. She'll refer me back to the good Community team and see me again soon.

The photo is my lovely Solicitor, who visited me, as soon as I was out of ITU, 18mnths ago, bearing gifts and saying : " this is me coming as a pal ".
I reminded her today of that saying how important that had been to me. I do so like that my bits of legal work are done by such kind, able , beautiful young wimmin.

Dentist next : as suspected ,the crown I had done recently,  the nerve has died leaving a load of inflammation. I've said no to antibiotics and will continue with Cloves  So root canal filling August.

I'm now going to sit in the sun with my book.
