Mexican Wave

I was in the Hydro pool for 10am today having had a good journey down. Just like getting into a bath except I was surrounded by ladies. Steph worked me hard today and I ended up having over an hour there. I also had a chat with another Haemophiliac., which was interesting.

Following copious amounts of water and a coffee we headed for home getting in at 1315.

Lunch then sleep.
