Up Close and Personal

On the way back from shopping I drove along to Cardwell Bay in Gourock to take some shots of the boats in the rough conditions. While there I nearly lost my camera in the water, so needed to dry it out using the blower in the car.

A bit further along I came across two swans at the bottom of a slipway, so decided to try and get some close-up shots of them. As they had no signets with them they were reasonably approachable. This used to be an old haunt in my childhood.

I managed to get a few shots of the swan's head. I like this one.
