Thursday

Up early for the doctors; no word yet from the psychiatrist. Got my prescription. 
Met a friend for breakfast. Then home for a sleep.

Took a walk to The Botanics this afternoon; got a bit wet in the rain, so didn't hang around long. 

Trying hard now not to fall asleep. Had a bit of a panic attack and ended up self harming. Disappointed in myself.
