Early start

As M was heading off early to climb a mountain, we woke ar 5. The light was lovely and it gave me a bit more time to think about my day. Intensive, challenging, and very busy at work, I left a bit early to get an opinion of (yet another) foot specialist. The result: one or another possibility or both, so what followed was an infiltration (cortisone injection). Now I monitor it, see how it goes and go back in 7 weeks.
The evening was spent at a BBQ of our American friend celebrating Independence Day, then cycling home in a thunderstorm.
