An Egyptian Pharaoh foretells his death

Paid a visit to the Pharaoh: King of Egypt exhibition at Kelvingrove Art Gallery today.
This example of hieroglyphics on papyrus dates from around 1295BC and I was amazed at how clear and well-preserved it is.
It's a poem about the dead Pharaoh Amenemhat 1 telling his son Senusret 1 of a dream he had in which he foresaw his own assassination and giving advice on how to be a better ruler.
And I see this is my 365th blip - a day early because it's a leap year. Seems like only yesterday I started with a robin in Mugdock Country Park.
