Funeral

At the funeral today of a young woman, the youngest child of a colleague of 25 years, in Binning Memorial Wood. Most likely and unexpected cause, her heart.

As the celebrant said, it isn't the years of your life but rather the life in your years that gives value.

And there was celebration - her generation came in fancy dress, something she loved. The rest of us just came in colour.

But......24. It was and will continue to be so hard.
