Sapling..

Another day in the garden. Digging, forking, hoeing (Reidar, that's for you - I know you like the word!), planting, raking, sowing... followed by eating, drinking, aching, groaning, snoozing.

Took lots of pics of tulips and daffs with the sun shining through their petals. Later, after the sun had sloped off for the day, Ruairidh pointed out that there was no card in the camera!!! Bad enough that I had made a fatal error but did it need to be spotted by an 11 year old? By then the flowers had lost their sunny complexions but the fresh green of our hopeful Rowan sapling still glowed green against the grey. Thanks little tree, grow tall.
