2019 Wednesday — Parade Route

This photo was taken at almost 8:00 p.m. I wanted to walk to Ocean Avenue from our little place up the hill to see what the street was looking like. This photo is entirely too busy, but I think it displays the parade anticipation that is happening here in Cayucos. The regulations stipulate that chairs cannot be placed in the street until 6:00 p.m., so everyone waits, but when the clock stricks six the people with their chairs are everywhere. 

This photo is definitely too busy, but I wanted to capture, not only the chairs on the parade route, but also Mr. Fun and the three pups standing outside of our groomer's shop, UnLeashed, and our three are so crazy that they are whining that they cannot get inside. I can hardly believe that they love going there, but they do. 

Across the little side street, is the Cayucos "Super Market." It is anything but "super." It is a market; the only honest to goodness market in this teeny-tiny beach community of Cayucos. 

Tomorrow is going to be a fun day.
