no hospital clothes
feeling better in my own
physio work started

All caught up from the day I got into hospital... the op wasn't as successful as the surgeon had hoped because he found my spine in a worse state than the MRI pics had led him to believe but he did as well as he could with what he found. Now I have to get better and start learning how to walk again: it's been so long my body had taken bad habits that I find myself in a poor state, muscles wise. Lots to rebuild!
