A bit cheesy I suppose (especially as I was a diehard "Durannie" back in the 80s so quoting Spandau Ballet would have been frowned upon).

A morning at Holyrood Palace with our eldest son who was being presented with his Gold DofE Award.

Prince Edward spent 6 minutes with our group. He seemed perfectly pleasant, albeit a tad patronising.

The gardens were beautiful. The standing about was tedious.

I was a very proud mammy though.
