Sunday evening snack

C cooked us delicious lamb chops with mash and a tomato and onion relish to die for. It was really the tastiest relish since my childhood!

R jnr enjoyed it só much, he just had to do something with it for tonight's snack as well, so this is what he came up with.

Two slices white bread, covered with lots of tomato and onion relish, lots of cheese on top, some black pepper and into the microwave oven! Deeeelicious!
