A sad day - we travelled backup to Bedfordshire to go to the funeral of a dear lady. We had known Mary ( who attended our previous church) for 24 years and she was such a kind and generous soul. She reached the age of 92 and had been ill for a while so after the service at the crematorium we had a celebration of her life back at the church.
It was good to catch up with lots of old friends.
Back home this evening by about 9.30.
