Touch the bird

Another very hot morning at parkrun.  This week I travelled with co-pilot Vaughan and we didn't get lost.  

I didn''t manage to run up the hill today as I was just too warm.  The lady in front of me in the pink top was taking part for the first time and run up most of the way.

I enjoyed a pistachio icecream in the cafe afterwards and Emma and I help sort the tokens.

We were impressed to find that none were missing.
