Regional disability championships

It was quite an early start for me and mum because because we had to be in Derby for 10am. So it was a very speedy sh'bath and off we went on our way!
So what IS a sh'bath? Well, at the moment out shower is currently needing repairs as the floor had become loose. So we've been using the shower in the bath (which is where sh'bath came from!)
I entered myself in for the 100m and the 400m. I was very pleased with my times because the weather wasn't on my side and I had a bit of wind against me.
