Lantern Pike

The Lantern Pike seen from Matley Moor.

Many butterflies seen mostly Meadow Brown (24) but also Small Tortoiseshell (6)  Painted Lady (5 )  Small Heath (4)  Red Admiral (1) and
more unusual a Common Blue (1)  in rather poor condition one wing almost shredded but added Extra photos for the record.

A Ringlet butterfly also appeared today but that was in the garden
