Blue-tailed Damselfly

A very bad day yesterday as I had to have my 12 year old springer spanial put to sleep. Her arthritis had finally got the better of her. She had coped with it since two years of age. Her pain is no more but mine is just beginning. Today's morning walk in the park was very hard without her. Didn't take many images, but managed a reasonably sharp one of this damselfly. Changed the background to monochrome to make the damselfly stand out better.
