Canal walk

A great drive down the motorways to Chris's but I realised I'd forgotten my walking shoes. A quick coffee then into town for shoes, got a nice pair from shoe zone. Lovely walk with Julie and the dogs , it was raining but it didn't stop us. We walked 3.5 miles so my leg hurts now. More wine and chocolates will sort it out!! I feel better today about the traumas of yesterday.
