Crescent

Another full-on day.

Attended the funeral of a long-standing friend this morning and stayed on to catch up with other good friends I hadn't seen for a while. Still had my prayers to write for tomorrow's church service, so got that done when I got home.

After making dinner, I took some time out to watch Egypt play South Africa in the Africa Cup of Nations on TV. Don't think I've ever seen Bafana Bafana play so well before and, remarkably, they beat the hosts to advance to the quarter-finals.

Still had my Blip to take for the day, so at 10.40pm (yes, I know!) I drove over to Eastfield Cemetery in Cumbernauld to snap a few pictures of Andy Scott's Arria sculpture that looks out over the town. Been a wee while since I posted a photo of that, so don't think anyone will mind. Oh, and the crescent moon sneaked into the photo too.

Once again, I think I'll sleep well tonight.
