Queen's Hall

Went to a concert to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the metamorphosis of the Georgian building from church to concert hall. The stage is empty in this pic, but it was soon occupied by pianist Steven Osborne, who remembered from his first visit aged 8, and the excellent cellist Alban Gerhardt. They must enjoy playing together, we could tell, and the audience enjoyed hearing them.
