Taking a break

Today (and last night) was focused on mum. Despite the long drive north my brother and sister in law covered much of the night. We all then shared time with mum including my wife. There were occasional moments of slight recognition but most of the time in a deep sleep.

We each took breaks. Mine was a walk from East Beach towards Tantallon (though I did not go that far). Gave me this lovely view of the Bass Rock.

Mum was in a settled state so we went on call for the night.
