Garden Party

Mrs Windsor's in town and hosting the annual Garden Party. I ran into this same scene at the same time last year on bus hime from work. I really don't want to be mean to people who are about to have a dull and disappointing afternoon (there's nae bevvy and the cakes are few and teeny) but there is something about "occasion wear" that is just so fussy and uncomfortable looking. Ill-fitting and difficult to do stylishly. That said, the woman in the orange scarf seems to be making a decent fist of it.
