Nettle-Leaved Bellflower
This morning we went for a walk in the hills around Oswestry (nothing too strenuous yet!)
There were lots of butterflies, bees and hoverflies around in the sunshine as well as plenty of wild flowers. My blip is of the Nettle-Leaved Bellflower which grows well around there and is very popular with the insects. It's other name is Blue Foxglove and it mostly grows in limestone woodland and grass verges.
