Hay bales drying
(I always worry that the weather's going to be too wet to make hay: a legacy of my spending time on farms in the West Highlands of Scotland, and West Wales).
I went to visit CleanSteve in hospital. He seemed happy to see me. It's only the second day, he had his hip replacement yesterday. Already he can walk a short distance with a frame. I can't believe it's finally happened: we've been observing his hip getting worse for maybe ten years. I hope it'll lead to increased mobility. CS was talking about getting the bikes out. Yay!
The hay bales were snapped from the top of the bus, near Cheltenham.
