The Exit

This is part of the gate which borders the churchyard. I rather liked the summery view through the gate this morning. 

It has been a busy day. I called round to see two friends who have recently have had birthdays, to drop off gifts, then was trying to clean the house before my son's friend's arrived. Sadly one pitched up two hours early, so I hadn't had a chance to clean the bathrooms and wash the upstairs hall carpet. Still, it got done in the end, and I think a good time was had by all.
