Homeward bound

We woke up to find Aviemore wrapped in a blanket of snow, it looked very pretty.

After our breakfast, we set off to make our way home with the hope that we could collect our cat Willow today. It was snowing for the first part, sometimes light and others more heavily. The A9 did not have much traffic but the chap in front of us kept going slower and slower. Even when we got to the dual carriageway we could not go past him as we did not want to cross into the thick snow, we were very restrained and waited for the snow to clear. Once it had stopped and cleared a little we did get past and made it home in good time.

I am glad to say that Willow is home and very happy to be here, even if she did meow all the way back from the cattery.
