Sunday supper

On my own at home whilst my husband went with friends to test-run a hydrofoil-supported catamaran (whatever that is!) on the River Orwell.  Time for me to catch up with some admin work - spreadsheets, that sort of thing.  Lost sense of time until he phoned to say he was on his way home.  I dashed out on my bike for a bit of exercise before cooking one of our favourite suppers: chicken and mozzarella wrapped in parma ham.  So quick - only 20 minutes in the oven.  Sunday roasts are a thing of the past for us but we still enjoy the occasional Yorkshire pudding!

Now for coffee in front of the TV, with the final episode of Gentleman Jack to keep us entertained.
