Textures

We went for a walk around Frensham Little Pond in Surrey today.  It was my first visit here and I found it an attractive and very interesting area.  I think there are a lot of photographic possibilities here.  Of several images I made, I have chosen to blip a detail from the woods surrounding the pond.  I liked the contrasting textures of the tree trunk, the foreground ferns and the background foliage.

It looks good large on black.
